Enhanced Aluminum Auto Trim with Improved Luster, Color and Texture

This paper describes studies conducted at the Alcoa Laboratories to improve the luster of anodized aluminum automotive trim for passenger cars. It also reviews the use of color and texture to enhance styling flexibility. Process and test data are presented.
