Educational Asset Protection and Career Development

The rapid advance of technical knowledge continually reduces the educational half-life of engineers. The need for continual education to protect this asset is presented. Detailed methods of acquiring continuing education are presented. A check list is given for the individual to assess the level of protection currently being acquired.
