In recent years, it is often frame shape that an advanced design comes to be demanded from the two-wheel vehicles frame, and the fatigue fracture is not forecast easily by past experience. Selecting the candidate from two or more design proposals by CAE before confirming with a real machine becomes an effective means. Then, we tried to apply CAE to the frame of novel shape. In this paper, the outline of the two-wheel vehicles bumping endurance and running over bump examination is described. Furthermore, the report shows the result of analyzing these examinations with Multibody Dynamic Simulation that considers the flexible body, and to have obtained a strong correlation. Especially, our improved model simulated the stress wave, which is caused by the behavior of the front fork in running over bump examination, with sufficient accuracy.
