- With the population of hybrid electric vehicles (HEVs) increasing rapidly, the need for both low-cost replacement and original equipment manufacturer battery packs for full, mild, and micro HEVs has become acute. This report contains results from Projects DP1.8 and C3. Both projects were funded by the Department of Energy and ALABC.
