Determination of the Static Equilibrium for Non-linear Systems by the Method of Virtual Work and Lagrange's Multipliers

The work presented in this paper describes a general method of determination of the static equilibrium for non-linear systems without friction and constraints independent of time. The paper presents the theoretical background in parallel with a practical example.
