The automotive industry of China is now in the stage of rapid
development. But the number of the technical personnel is not
sufficient, the level low, and the structure of knowledge
unreasonable. These factors surely retard the technical improvement
of the auto-industry.
In order to solve the above mentioned problems, besides the
accelerated training of the technicians to supply for the educating
personnel, we are now making effort to carry on the continuing
education. This is done in various forms consistent to the post of
profession, to the age and to different specialties.
From now on, if we give more empasis on continuing education,
and make suitable arrangement for the persons to be educated, for
instance supplying sufficient time and equipments, more fruitful
results will certainly be achieved.
