Constructional Answers to Demanding Sealing Tasks in Modern High Performance Engines

For some time already, the most important engine manufacturers have realised a large-scale change from asbestos cylinder head gaskets to asbestos-free ones for actual series engines and for new developments.

The new sealing material Felring HDC is a basic material, which has already been successfully tested in several high-performance gasoline and diesel engines.

Out of a rather great number of developments, some have been chosen to give an idea of the performance of the basic material as well as of the performance of the latter in combination with additional components.
