- The Caterpillar D11N Impact Ripper has been introduced, extending the D11N tractor ripping capability beyond that of any previous ripper. This Impact Ripper displaces the blasting of previously unrippable rock in applications around the world. This paper describes the production design features, development program, and demonstrated performance of the D11N Impact Ripper.
