Computer-based Training (CBT) is the application of computers to both the development and delivery of self-instruction. The challenges associated with the application of CBT to Service Training prompted the pursuit of a concept for the use of extraordinary video techniques and a special purpose editor to facilitate cost-effective production and a flexible learning environment.
