Buick City Materials Management Strategy

Buick City is the Buick Motor Division of GMC, located in Flint, Michigan. This paper presents and explains the Buick City project and the accompanying materials management strategy. The Buick City Just-In-Time project is considered to be one of the most important projects in Buick's history. The paper also explains the implementation plans for the project and addresses the details of the physical plant.
