Abstract
Content
The impact of using system engineering and architecture to solve problems is studied. Information management and electronics technology are evaluated to determine how they can be aided by system engineering. Tools used to do system engineering are described. Issues around the impact of change and use of system engineering are addressed.
The increased availability of technology and awareness of the opportunities it presents has caused a surge of interest and use. The technology of electronics in particular has been a subject of this interest.
Results of this study show that system engineering can be successfully used to manage change in this industry.
