Abstract
Content
The development of a double layered electroless nickel plating for automotive use is described. The developed layer is reliable enough to be used for connection between LCD terminals and driving circuits by solder. This technology is applicable for the connection of fine pitched terminal and also chip-on-glass (COG) technology. A prototype of COG-LCD panel using flat package-ICs for automotive use has been developed.
