Authors Abstract
Content
It is presented an improvement to the article "The Use of QFD and TRIZ for Component Mathematics Modeling to Virtual Durability Simulation" (SAE_2008: 2008-36-0101), where dFmea is used to improve QFD (Quality Function Deployment) and the TRIZ (Theory of Inventive Problem Solving) for assisting professionals of CAE in the design components in the computational simulation of durability. In additional we will apply the p-diagram, data flow diagram, boundary diagram and robustness and reliability checklist concepts.
The method used to optimize the durability computational simulation component searches to apply the dFmea concept tool of project of the QFD and the TRIZ. The considered method was used to optimize and to assist the product project.
