- Abuse takeoff flight test is a necessary subject for airworthiness certification of civil transport airplane, which simulates the safety of the airplane in the event of inadvertent operation during takeoff. It is difficult and risky to test flight, which brings great challenges to the organization and implementation of flight test. Abuse takeoff flight tests include out-of-trim takeoff, early rotation takeoff, over rotation takeoff, early and over rotation takeoff and early and rapid rotation takeoff. Through theoretical calculation and reasonable analysis, the flight test methods and risk control measures of abuse takeoff are studied, the test results are given, and the factors affecting the flight test results are analyzed to ensure that the test results meet the requirements of airworthiness regulations.
