- Content
- An integrated circuit equivalent to a 0.5-ampere p-n-p pass transistor operated as a High-Side Switch will be reported. The device can drive resistive and inductive loads from power sources between A and 24 volts. Self-protection circuitry includes thermal limiting, output current limiting, and overvoltage shutdown. The device is supplied in a modified three-lead TO-202 plastic package intended for use without additional heat sinking.
