Content
Brake disc thermal capacity is a key factor for brake performance and brake part life. Hence it is very important to optimize the correlation of brake disc for thermal capacity by considering the critical parameters. Optimization algorithm is used to optimize the critical parameters to achieve the correlation. A front loading tool is developed to optimize the brake disc keeping target thermal capacity via optimization algorithm.
