A Modular Open System Approach for the US Army's Improved Turbine Engine

The approach is an integrated business and technical strategy that employs a modular hardware and software design, leverages data rights, employs United States Government (USG) defined interfaces using consensus-based standards, and makes architectural decisions based on lifecycle intentions for maintenance, sustainment, and possible future competition.
