A Method for Transporting Electrically-Powered Wheelchairs

This paper discusses a method for carrying a wheelchair outside of a vehicle without first folding the wheelchair. The wheelchair is placed so that its rear wheels rest against the rear of the vehicle; it la then lifted by a bumper-attached carrier, as its large rear wheels roll up the rear bumper of the vehicle.
