A Low Cost Pressure Transducer For Hydraulic Control

The need for pressure feed back in hydraulic servo systems has long been recognized. Until recently however such transduction has not been practical from the perspectives of both price and performance. This paper describes the simplification of a proven design to reach a cost effective solution to this problem. A test program verifying performance under actual working conditions is described.
