Light Duty CARB Update: The OBD Branch of the California Air Resources Board will provide a status update of recent OBD light-duty regulation activities including discussions on newly proposed changes to the regulation and clarifications on recent major changes. Additionally, miscellaneous OBD-related items that impact industry will also be presented.
