Design Highlights and Features of the F150 Lightning Powertrain System

Ford Motor Company recently launched the all-new, electric F-150 Lightning, our most powerful and quickest F-150 yet. Powering the F-150 Lightning is an electric powertrain architecture that was developed to deliver incredible EV capability and meet the �Built Ford Tough� durability expected from our customers. This session will review the powertrain architecture - highlighting component and system engineering considerations, customer attributes, as well as customer features enabled by the electric powertrain system.
