AS9100™D Internal Auditor Training

How do you ensure the effectiveness and integrity of an organization's internal auditing function? In the aviation, space and defense industries, the methods and techniques for performing internal audits as part of a quality management system have significantly changed. Internal audits are a requirement of the AS9100D and AS13100 standards, and internal auditors to these standards must be current on their most recent requirements and the expectations.

This three-day, instructor-led program is designed to provide potential and existing internal auditors with the knowledge necessary to understand and effectively conduct a successfully audit of an organization against various requirements in aviation, space and defense sector. Participants will participate in exercises, case studies and practical audit activities to demonstrate the required knowledge and skills of the competent internal auditor. An exam is provided to further demonstrate this learning.

In addition to ISO 19011 and AS9100, the Reference Manuals supporting AS13100 (e.g., RM13004, 13005, 13006, etc.) that contribute to the Advanced Product Quality Planning process will be reviewed. Attendees will participate in a detailed examination of the requirements of AS9101 Rev E: Quality Management Systems Audit Requirements for Aviation, Space, and Defense Organizations.
