Abstract
This paper discusses a new approach to product creation based on the integration of PD (Product Development) and Manufacturing activities applied to the design and development of a new vehicle for South America.
It depicts the approach to making customer satisfaction the ultimate goal by interpreting “Voice of the Customer” and translating it into product attributes.
