Thermally Stable Piezoelectric and Pyroelectric Polymers

A class of thermally stable piezoelectric and pyroelectric polymers, and an improved method of making them, have been invented. These polymers can be used as substrates for a wide variety of electro- mechanical transducers, sensors, and actuators.
