This section highlights some of the latest mobile and stationary equipment available to the industry for product development and evaluation.

Schenck offers the Stars heavy-duty engine emissions test suite to perform a range of legislative test procedures on heavy-duty engines. The software provides automated tests and display pages, engine data entry, a transient cycle generation tool, data analysis and interaction, automated emissions system control, and instrument drivers. Benefits include comprehensive control of instruments, analysis, and reporting as well as a flexible, modular configuration. Also included in the suite is the air-cooled Dynas3 dynamometer for testing medium- and heavy-duty commercial vehicle diesel engines. It is available in 460, 600, and 700 kW (620, 805, and 940 hp) and features an inline torque flange for accurate measurement.
