SAE100 Future look: Honda is a very young company compared to SAE and its 100-year history.

First of all, I would like to congratulate SAE on the achievement of its 100th anniversary.

Honda was established in 1948 as a small motorcycle company. Our first automobile went on sale even later, in 1963, just a little more than 40 years ago. SAE was already established when Ford's Model T was introduced in 1908. So, I have deep respect for SAE's long history of activities that have contributed to the advancement of the automobile industry.
