- In this research, we are determining the different conditions like strength and weight, etc. of the identical component with different infill to wall thickness ratio. And from that, we will optimized the infill to wall thickness ratio by testing each of the components in universal testing machine (UTM) and plot the graph so that we can get the optimized infill to wall thickness ratio using graphical method. From this, we can get best solutions of maximizing the strength of the component or minimizing the manufacturing time, weight and cost of the component. These components are creating in Rapid prototyping machine. In this, Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS) materials are used for creation of components. The main aim is to determine the exact or appropriate infill to wall thickness ratio of different component.
