Coming in second is Rochester Institute of Technology, which was victorious in one of the 3 Baja SAE competitions.

AT THE SEASON-ENDING Baja SAE Rochester event, held June 9-12, and hosted by the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT), the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor finished first overall, claiming its second victory of the season and securing the Mike Schmidt Award for the highest cumulative point total across the three Baja SAE competitions that make up the off-road portion of the SAE Collegiate Design Series.

It was the second straight Mike Schmidt Memorial Award for Michigan Baja Racing and its third in the past four years. Perennial powerhouses Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) and Cornell University placed second and third, respectively, this year.
