High Brightness LEDs

Everlight Electronics (Taipei, Taiwan) has introduced the “Shwo D” LED series of surface-mount, high-power devices. With standard operating current of 350mA, the LEDs measure 3.5 × 3.5 × 0.58 mm. When driven at standard operating current of 350mA, the minimum luminous flux (lm) of the 1W Shwo D can increase to 110 lm at 6500K(CCT), or 80 lm at 3000K(CCT). The thermal pad of the device is electrically isolated. Other features of the Shwo D series include ESD protection up to 8KV and a moisture sensitivity level of 1.
