- This paper explains about the key performance of specific material Tungsten electrode combination with Copper alloy to have a improved quality in Projection spot welding process, This copper alloy is specific combination than the regular Copper alloys, it will improve the conductivity, also the current flow is higher than the specification, it gives improved welding quality, the wear out of the materials is reducing trend so the life time of electrode is increased. The strength of the welded steel was found to increase in push of load test, The wear behavior of the copper alloy and tungsten composite revealed long time usage it gives more lifetime.
