Welcome to the inaugural issue of SAE Truck & Off-Highway Engineering.

Our goal with this expanded title is to offer the same in-depth coverage of key off-highway sectors and technologies that readers have come to expect, with an elevated focus on commercial trucks and other on-highway engineering topics. It's important to note that the scope of “Truck” is far broader than just heavy-duty trucks-it encompasses medium-duty vehicles, buses, heavy-duty pickup trucks and vans, specialty vehicles and more.
