- Effective integration of lightweight materials is becoming more and more important to the automobile industry as a means of improving vehicle efficiency, performance, and sustainability. A key element in accomplishing these goals is the use of lightweight alloys, which are distinguished by their high strength-to-weight ratios and customized mechanical properties. Using databases and computer tools like CES EduPack, this study investigates the design and optimization of lightweight alloys for automotive body panels, guaranteeing that the materials chosen are both economically and environmentally sustainable. The results of the study offer insightful data on developing more efficient automobile alloys in the future, advancing the field of sustainable automobile technology.
