If continuous improvement is everybody's job at Johnson Controls Inc., then no one has a bigger job than Joel Beezhold.
The Director of Continuous Improvement for JCI North America, Automotive Group, has a big bag of tools to help him get that big job done. He is responsible for ensuring that those tools are used to optimal effect at JCI seat, component, and interior trim plants in North America. The goal is improvements in product quality, plant productivity, and profits.
