Although it has not been in the public eye recently, air-traffic-capacity enhancement remains a concern not only in the U.S., but around the globe. As the aerospace industry gets a temporary reprieve from over-capacity in the Global Airspace System, many government agencies in the U.S. and China are taking advantage of this time to move their respective programs forward.
