MotoTron supplies a controller to ArvinMeritor for use in the Dynamic Height Control suspension system found on the Pratt & Miller C6RS Chevrolet Corvette concept car. The system incorporates an electronically controlled air-shock system and features lightweight, aluminum, monotube air shocks and a MotoTron controller with ArvinMeritor proprietary software. The controller and software feature advanced control strategies that interface with the car's electronic control unit (ECU) to provide optimum ride height automatically under most driving conditions. ArvinMeritor will use MotoTron's MotoHawk for its software development. This controls-development system provides the ability to develop, test, and validate control models from The MathWorks environment onto production ECU hardware.
