- A series of electroactive nanocomposites of silver dispersed poly (metatoludine-co-o-fluroaniline) copolymer has been prepared by in-situ polymerization method. The chemical molecular structures are identified by using UV–visible spectra, FTIR, X-ray diffraction instruments, SEM analysis. We propose that these composite materials possess a Electromagnetic Shielding interference coat or enclose the engine control unit (ECU) housing in the form of surface coating or moulded shell in order to prevent signal distortion and ensuring reliable engine performance in automobiles. This composite material possesses lightweight, corrosion-resistant EMI shielding solution for ECU housings. Implementation of these products significantly reduced signal interference from nearby high-power electronics, ensuring stable engine operation. The proposed system offers a cost-effective, lightweight alternative to metallic shielding in vehicular electronics in automobile industries.
