The study comprehensively examines the mechanical properties of jute fiber polymer composites that are filled with various ceramic particles, including aluminum oxide (Al₂O₃), boron carbide (B₄C), and silicon carbide (SiC). Natural fiber composites are increasingly recognized as promising materials for a diverse range of engineering applications due to their exceptional properties, such as reduced weight, enhanced strength, and cost-effectiveness. Additionally, these materials offer the benefits of being biodegradable and renewable, which aligns with sustainable engineering practices. To explore these properties, the study employs the Response Surface Methodology (RSM) with a structured experimental design that incorporates three levels and three factors, enabling the creation of different combinations of process variables required for fabricating high-performance polymer composites. The research focuses on investigating the effects of these process variables on the flexural characteristics and water absorption capacity of the composites. By systematically analyzing these variables, the study aims to determine the optimal combination of process parameters that will yield composites with superior mechanical properties. These optimized composites are evaluated for their potential applications in insulation components, interior walls, and luggage compartments, with a particular emphasis on their suitability for aerospace applications. ANOVA analysis is conducted to assess the significance of each variable's impact on the output characteristics. Furthermore, a hybrid grey-based adaptive neuro-fuzzy inference system (ANFIS) model is developed to establish and analyze multiple performance indexes. The validation results demonstrate that the ANFIS model is highly effective in providing accurate predictions for the performance of these advanced composite materials.
