  • Section 7.1.2 was added to identify stop signal priority to turn signal and hazard warning signal.
  • Section 7.1.2.1 Turn signal has priority since typically there are two other stop lamps to signal deceleration or a stopped vehicle.
  • 7.1.2.2 Stop lamp must take priority over hazard warning signal since stop lamp indicates a decelerating or stopped vehicle whereas hazard warning may indicate a vehicle traveling less than posted minimum speed.
