This standard covers bolts and screws made from a 9corrosion and heat resistant, age hardenable nickel base alloy of the type identified under the Unified Numbering System as UNS N07718.
Paragraph 1.4 added; paragraph 188.8.131.52.3 deleted as it was already covered by paragraph 184.108.40.206.2; the stress rupture test load in Table 1 for 0.164-36 corrected to 1380 lbf.

The SAE E-25 General Standards for Aerospace & Propulsion Systems committee addresses aerospace propulsion systems and components. These systems and components include bolts, screws, nuts, washers, studs, rivets, pins, covers, O-rings, brackets, plugs and associated procurement requirements, as well as solid film lubricants and design specifications for screw threads and fastener assembly requirements.
