Welcome to the EG-1, Aerospace Propulsion Systems Support Equipment Discussion Forum.Scope: Applies standardization principles where possible and develops guidance for new designs that further the advancement of support equipment for propulsion systems. Primary activities include development of industry standards, recommended practices, and technical information reports on support equipment and facilities related to gas turbine engine testing, balancing, engine accessory testing, inspection, packaging, handling and transportability. Standares for high performance hand tools for aerospace use are also developed by EG-1. A redline comparison of the current version against a revision is accomplished by selecting the radio button next to the standard and then selecting 'compare'.
