A-6A3 Flight Control and Vehicle Management Systems Cmt
The Flight Control and Vehicle Management Systems Panel is responsible for the development of standards and recommended practices related to Commercial Flight Control Systems and the Flight Control functions within Military Vehicle Management Systems (VMS). The Panel is also responsible for developing guidelines for the interface and redundancy required between the VMS and other safety critical systems. The panel provides a forum for Flight Controls and Vehicle Management System engineers, contracting agencies, prime contractors, and suppliers to exchange technical information and discuss regulatory updates, recent technology developments, lessons learned and issues related to system development and in service operation.
