Abstract
Estimation of temperature and heat flux on the combustion chamber wall of engines is one of the important items for the engine performance and durability. In this paper, local surface temperature and heat flux on combustion chamber wall of DI engine is measured under wide operation conditions and is simulated by the numerical method, and these are discussed.
