Super Gloss Coating by New Method

A new coating method improving the glossiness and smoothness of the finished surface compared with that by the conventional painting was developed.

This method features a new coating technique rotating the vehicle body itself horizontally during the processes from just after the coating to the baking.

This method allows to obtain the thicker coating than the conventional one, without the paint running by controlling the rotating speed and the viscosity of the paint.
