Abstract
Engine Systems can be developed employing modern design, management, and evaluation techniques. This paper examines these concepts as applied to the design of cooling systems at J I Case. Utilizing these techniques allows cost savings in design, tooling, manufacturing, piece parts and service as well as improving designs, durability, and reliability.
