Authors Abstract
Content
A concept which offers a new approach to the workday of the engineer is the engineering workstation.
With its use, the engineer can improve effectiveness in all facets of work, from simulating circuits to opening mail.
It is a modular approach that allows for easy expansion and allows the computer to be tailored to the individual needs of engineers.
Although not all the approaches described in this paper are available today, soon they all will be, ushering in a new world for engineers.
