Some Aspects on Suspension Design Parameters for Improved Vehicle Response At the Limit of Adhesion
Published January 01, 1983 by Institution of Mechanical Engineers in United Kingdom
In the closed loop system of driver-vehicle-environment there is a coupling between driver and vehicle, in which the feedback is represented by motion parameters such as yaw velocity and lateral acceleration, while the coupling between road and vehicle is represented by forces. At the limit of adhesion the driver must control the vehicle's force and moment equilibrium
