Abstract
This paper describes J I Case's experience in the application of operator's station sound control technology to two wheel drive non-cab Agricultural tractors. Technolgical feasibility of achieving less than 90 dB(A) at the operator's station was demonstrated on a J I Case Model 1370 non-cab 4 Post ROPS tractor. Results were then incorporated into the J I Case 90 Series non-cab 4 Post ROPS tractors in the early design stages.
