Abstract
The Clinton Power Station Project is described from the planning to the construction stage, which is now in progress. The earthmoving required, particularly by the powerplant's most unique feature, a 5000 acre cooling lake, is detailed. A rationale for selecting nuclear power for this station is also presented.
