Abstract

Content: The revised Passenger Car Road Test Code, SAE J843a, provides a test procedure of improved reproducibility and a high degree of severity. The new report, SAE J937, performance requirements, are stringent and have contributed to the up-grading of passenger car brake systems and individual components.
