Discussion includes testing, basic design, filtration and construction. Expanded testing is suggested to include development of new component inspection techniques. Mockup use is recommended to develop repair and maintenance requirements. Recommendations are made relating to filtration and fluid testing. Certain desirable basic design features are cited.
